Dear All,
I am here in my beautiful hospital room! It actually has wonderful views of Lake Michigan. My Dad and I came down, and my Mom will be down a little later. I decorated the room really cute. I will send some pics later on in the day. Someone at my Dad's office made awesome posters for me of my family and friends. That will be the only color I get since people are not allowed to send flowers or balloons etc. If you feel like chit chatting, my phone number is 312-926-1506 and I am in room #1506 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

The best way to recieve mail would probably be at my home address. I think email is the best mode of communication when I am in the hospital!

Good Morning,
The Beagle Wars have begun here in the sunny south. Sparky has been outside three times now and has settled down to chew on his Kong toy. It won't last long because he has the attention span of a flea. He is very food oriented, so the Kong is a wonderful toy. It keeps him focused long enough for me to eat breakfast:) I know you have Barney, so you can identify with the amazing adventures of Sparky Beagle. He is a ball of fire so we have some interesting times:)

My daughter works for your dad at RT. Her name is Heather Johnson. We have been following your journey from the very beginning. I am a United Methodist Pastor, so we have all of the churches in our conference praying for you. Right now, I am transplanted to Florida to take care of my mother. I expect that we will be returning to Illinois in the Summer of 2007. Our churches here are praying for you too, and this evening the choir had to have an update on how you are doing:) I have a Beagle puppy named Sparky who is keeping me both busy and humble. My husband teaches instrumental music at Sarasota Christian School. So, now you have a thumbnail sketch of who I am.

Our aim is to help you understand how much you are appreciated by so many people. Even the ones that you don't know:) I am subbing tomorrow for the 4th grade, so you will need to pray for me.
Hmmmm. Sparky Beagle has disappeared. That has to be a problem. brb.... It was a problem. It took 6 Cheerios and some serious chasing to retrieve my clean underwear that was in the bath. I was headed for the shower as soon as I checked your site:)
A little more than one day of this treatment is behind you. So... at least 20% is finished. Rest. I'll check on you this evening after my meetings at the church.
