Friday, June 30

Hi Everyone!
I had my biopsy today thankfully! The great news is that the lesion has not changed size, and the ultrasound they used to find AND biopsy the lesion showed that there are no other lesions on the liver. So that is really good news! However, I won't get my results until next week, especially with the holiday. I am going up to Door County tomorrow with Chris, my sister Katie, and her two little friends. Oh, I forgot Barney too. What a group! Talk to you soon!
Love,
Sherrie

Woo-hoo Sherrie!
Ba-Roooo Sherrie!
Woo-Hoo Barney!
Door County sounds good to Sparky Beagle and his mother. We moved this week, so we are tired and Sparky Beagle is not impressed with the new digs or the pomeranian that lives upstairs. He thinks Pompey the Pomeranian would make a good toy:(
HOWEVER, we will feel especially celebratory on Tuesday since you had such positive vibes from your biopsy. Have a wonderful
first Independence Day of this new life.
Blessings,
Erin and Sparky Beagle

Hello Sherrie,

Glad to hear the radical treatment helped YOU. But what do you know about nutrition? Now that you're free from Hodgkin's, you may want to educate yourself on the body's natural way of healing and preventing disease.

Since you are in the education industry, here's a website I find interesting, and I'd like you to take a look at it. The website: gerson.org. By the way, I have nothing to do with this website. But as a concerned citizen, and one who believes, I need to pass it along. There is so much to be learned and linked to from this website.

As for me, I came upon the website when PBS aired "The Gerson Miracle" for their fundraiser this past spring. The "Miracle" being the "Therapy" is a powerful, natural treatment that activates the body's own healing mechanism through consuming organic vegetarian foods and juices, detoxification and natural supplements.

You be the judge.

This "Blog" thing is cool. I may start one myself. You see, I have a liver biopsy this Friday, July 7, but my disease is entirely different. It's not cancer; but will require some sort of radical therapy as well.

Take care. Eat right. Get a "Juicer". And really, check out the website. It's a keeper.

From a "Sister of a Friend".
