Day +11 and hopefully leaving

Have you ever met someone in your life that is just completely infectious? You like them so much, and even though you know they will be in your life for a short time, they have left an imprint on your soul. That is what my evening nurse, Maria, was like at Northwestern. She was pretty and kind, and took care of me more than you could ever have known, I think that is what a guardian angel is like, Someone who you don't anticipate being there, and then when they're are gone, you realize how much you are missing by not having them in your life. I am just a little sad of this gloomy Friday morning.

"Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some people move our souls to dance. They awaken us to new understanding with the passing whisper of their wisdom. Some people make the sky more beautiful to gaze upon. They stay in our lives for awhile, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never ever the same."

Hopefully today is the day!!! The last couple days and waiting for them to say you can go seem to take forever. You're on your way now!! You're still in our prayers for continued good counts but it will sure feel good to sleep in your own bed!!!

"I've heard it said that people come into our lives for a reason, bringing something we must learn and we are led to those who help us most to grow if we let them, and we help them in return. Well, I don't know if I believe that's true, but I know I'm who I am today, because I knew you..." Glinda in Wicked.

Smiles baby! Anita

This weather makes it hard not to be gloomy. Just know that there are SO MANY people who care about you are praying and pulling for you and the day is near when the gloominess will be gone and you will be home! Be patient. Have faith and trust the Lord! And no matter what the weather, you are enough of a reason that today is beautiful! May God touch you today with His wonderful power and love!

Woo Hoo, Sherrie!
Darlin, I you are home by Sunday
there are going to be people dancing in the aisles at Trinity UMC in Sarasota! The dancing might be a little creaky since the average age at the 11 A.M. Worship is about 75, but we will make sure that the 9 A.M. contemporary service knows about it too, and I guarantee you that their dancing is LIVELY!
Blessings,
